Supplied new 18mm OSB boards timber frame and UPVC fascia’s. New EPDM rubber supplied and installed to give this a much-needed facelift and a watertight room for years to come!

Removed 3 layers of old rotter timber, new fascia replacement boards old garage roof stripped off, fittings added to alter the pitch of the roof, new on boards and a fresh EPDM rubber roof trimmed up and finished with aluminium seamless gutters.

Failed flat GRP roof!

Removed GRP roof, OSB boards and woodwool boards to bring this back to spas, supplied new 18mm tongue and grooved OSB boards, new GRP trims and Restec 2020 system applied!
